We utilize Ohio’s Open Records Laws to secure all Final Divorce Decrees for targeted Domestic Court Judges; beginning first in Licking County, Ohio.
One of those Judges is Judge Craig Baldwin, who was on this Bench from 2005 until he was promoted (“appointed”) in March 2013 by Governor John Kasich to fill a vacancy on Ohio’s Fifth District Court of Appeals.
Apparently Governor Kasich did not review Judge Baldwin’s propensity to rule against Ohio’s fathers when granting full, permanent custody of their minor children.
