Courtroom Sunshine, Inc. offers free “Ruling Reports” on Ohio Judges. We call them our Cito Reports® *.

Are you involved in a Legal Action in Ohio?

Or are you a Legal Professional?

How can knowing the Ruling statistics for your Judge help you?

Knowing how your Judge has been ruling in cases like your own can help you in planning your legal strategy. How? Basically like Thoroughbred horse handicapping, which is a system of tracking a horse’s race outcomes and seeks to predict their odds of winning future races. While Courtroom Sunshine does not predict courtroom outcomes, it is reasonable to predict similar outcomes with the same Judge in similar circumstances.

Custody Actions:

What if you knew that your Judge favors the other gender-parent in his/her Courtroom? Or does not recognize Grandparents’ Rights? Or, the Judge never orders Shared Parenting, even over the request of one of the Parties?

Civil Suits:

What if you knew that your Judge is resistant to allowing a Civil suit to go to a Jury Trial, but instead has a propensity to order Summary Judgments, thereby throwing out and dismissing the Plaintiff’s claims and request for a Jury Trial (which is Constitutionally protected).

Could this information help you to shape a better strategy BEFORE you enter the Courtroom?

If you are a legal professional, this information could help you save your clients thousands of dollars wasted in futile and wasted filings and court appearances.

If you are involved in a custody battle, this information could help you save thousands of dollars wasted in futile and wasted filings and court appearances?

Could this information help you to negotiate a better deal with the other party to arrive at an agreed settlement instead of leaving your fate up to the biases of the Judge?

Many will deny the Ruling Statistics disclosed by these Reports.

The Courts in Ohio do not track or disclose their Ruling statistics. We do; through our Cito Reports®.

If you would like to make Courtroom Sunshine aware of a Judge who you have reason to believe is acting in a biased or rogue fashion, go to our “Report a Judge” page:

Please Note: At the present time, we are only tracking Domestic judges’ rulings, and a limited number of Civil Court judges’ Summary Judgments. However, we will be branching out into other areas as we become aware of the need. If you have a special need, we would be interested in discussing how we might help by securing and compiling custom reports for you. Send us a note to start that discussion.

*Cito: Latin. Pronounced “Key-Toe”

Where did the name “Cito” come from? It just seemed appropriate.
Latin: cito (1) [to put in motion excite, start up]. (2) [to summon, call forward], esp. for legal, political or military purposes; hence [to appeal to, point to] authorities, etc. Hence partic. citatus -a -um, [quick, speedy]: ‘citato equo’, [at full gallop]. Adv. citatim.
