“Attorney Information” (check the disciplinary history of an attorney). (Keep in mind, Judges are attorneys also). Follow the screens and click on the “Discipline or Sanction History” button. If an attorney has a CLE Suspension, CLE Reinstated, Attorney Registration Suspension, Attorney Registration Reinstatement or Attorney Registration Suspension Vacated, please contact the Office of Attorney Services at 614.387.9320. You must do this during office hours, but we have found them to be very helpful. Ask them to email you a copy of the actual Disciplinary Counsel Ruling. You can then read the specifics of why the attorney/judge was disciplined.

Note: the OAG’s office offers free training classes, and are open to the public to attend. These are the same classes which are required of government officials and employees. By attending, you will “earn” a suitable-for-framing certificate of completion.
