Before calling them to our attention, please bear in mind that neither party to a legal action is ever totally satisfied. The only winners in a legal action are the attorneys; the Parties will always feel the Judge should have acted differently.
Also please understand that no one involved with Courtroom Sunshine is involved in the legal profession, nor can offer legal advice. We can only share tips about seeking remedies through the official maze, and through the procurement of government documents through Ohio’s Open Records laws. However, these can often be quite enlightening and useful in seeking remedies.
